Morning Mastodonians!
I ended up with over 21,000 steps yesterday. The parking lot at the #PaxEast convention center is a long walk from the front door and we were at the very back of the lot. We actually took the shuttle in the morning. One of our favorite things to do is to look at all the cool dice. My favorites from yesterday were the metal D100s - pretty sweet! @adrienne loved all the Stardew Valley things there this year. She even got a stuffed chicken.
I even got some #boardgames in. Paul and I played a couple short 2 player games. The first one was so unremarkable I don't even remember its name. But the second one was Glasgow, It uses the rondel / time track action mechanism from games like Glen More and Kraftwagen, in a randomly placed field. Worked great and seemed to have lots of interesting choices. Definitely went onto my Buy list, as I'm always looking for a quick playing yet deep 2 player game.
Not much on tap for today. I'll make it a day of rest. The #NHLBruins are on at 1pm, so I'll sit back and watch them take on the #NHLLightning. Going to turn into a cold rainy day and evening, so it doesn't look good for #martinis by the #firebowl this evening. R flew to #DisneyWorld this morning, lucky girl. She'll be back Monday night. 90s and sunny there. Must be nice, amirite?

You know what? I didn't miss the #saltmine at all yesterday. Amazing.
