@screwtape @setto Well, that's an interesting thing to see, right now you definitely have to tell people that you added them so they can add you back.

If you just propagate your name, two people will have to "be noticed" so that they'll see each other in an indirect way. A weird way of social media "tinder" ;)

I use fedi very much like this thing. No fan of asymmetrical relationships. So I only follow people who follow back. Interesting people i have no relation to, i add to lists.

@setto @screwtape Interesting, I always found that to be too bothersome and a lot of my interaction is based on hashtags anyways.

But that's what I meant in my initial post, if there are enough people on there in general, and visible to me in particular, it's going to be fun to see how interaction emerges. Haven't seen a lot of "follow my buddy @worbledorple" this far, for example.
