Ordinarily, someone as malicious and incompetent as Louis DeJoy resigning as the Postmaster General would be an occasion to celebrate.
Taking into account the current administrations determined efforts to appoint only the most awful people to every post, I think I'll just quietly assume that the deterioration of rural mail service will continue at it's current pace (or perhaps even hasten.)
