I dunno man, that article mentions a "professional sound acoustic engineer" and that just seems dodgy af
@botvolution lol, yeah. Clearly a non-expert speaking there. Agreeing noise limits within licencing and then monitoring and enforcing those is not difficult. There's also some very good guidance available on limit selection. But this is my local council we're talking about and they tend to make their minds up first and then find someone to agree with them.
