Had my first therapy appt to try to figure out why I’m having trouble focusing at work.
I expected tips like removing external distractions, making todo lists, setting goals/milestones and other standard productivity tips.
She suggested taking up creative hobbies that I find fulfilling, and getting out of the house more to do the things I want to do instead of focusing on work all day and my family & home all night.
No idea if her way will work, but I do like her ideas more than mine.
