I've mentioned this before, but one thing about #wfh that I can't imagine ever leaving behind again is the ability to make slow cooked meals through the workweek. Made brisket on the #traeger a couple days ago. Today I diced up a couple pounds of the brisket leftovers for chili.
I couldn't have made either of these meals working from the office. My kids would have ate some quick ultra-processed garbage instead that I could throw together in 15-30 min after I got home.
