PhoenixSerenity<p>Current event. Getting ready to eat this, on back deck.</p><p>This is dried shrimp rice noodles, with Vietnamese pork sausage. Our homegrown cucumbers &amp; Thai mint were added. Nuoc cham sauce poured over it all.
