ok, my phone wants to go from Android v10 to v15.
Now is time for all those different backups I've been putting off.
@clacke That's quite a jump I think you have missed a few updates.
@clacke Wow! It's a strange move from the maker, they usually would want you to buy a new phone. Better for you, in theory it will fix security holes that may have the older version.
@ghostdancer Android 12+ treats F-Droid more fairly, so I'm looking forward to that.
In Android 12+ , if application A installed application B, A can update B without prompting the user, so rooting and installing the F-Droid privileged extension is no longer required.
