Hi cycling people :) I installed and maintain a free bicycle repair station on a cycle lane near were we live (rural Denmark).

Am always interested in what cycling service infrastructure is available elsewhere, so if you have something: share it here! :-)

This has been the best Friday night so far. Just me at home watching YouTube videos and now listening to #aNONradio where @Roland and @tbn97 are and will be playing their shows, Banana Republic and Cafe 80s, respectively!

I’m getting there slowly, this is gonna be my outside bathroom, I know I should only do one project at a time, but I’m like a butterfly and apply a round robin principle to all my projects. Little Cabin still not finished completely and my daughter has nabbed it from me, ( it looks very nice inside) I was gonna set it up like a gentleman’s library.

Delighted with my 'new' classic 1983 Nissan Urvan E23 Camper Van - long wheel base.

Starts first time, every time, the engine is clean, underside is clean, a few spots of rust in 3 or 4 places, but very manageable to fix.(I hope).

I'd like to patch it by cutting the rust and metal welding in a patch because it looks like it may be a keeper.

Booking it in for roadworthy next week. It has pop top and side awning and all the zippers work fine.

Chillaxing listening to snowdusk and then froggy up next on Anonradio.

Mind blown: the Norwegian public service broadcaster NRK created an open source, web-based TV automation system for studios and live shows that’s used in daily live TV news productions since 2018.

The Small Web isn’t about going back to the days of GeoCities. It’s about going forward differently, using modern tech in a non-colonial manner.

It’s not about building clones of Twitter, YouTube, etc. There’s no way anyone can self-host a dozen different services. Instead, it’s about having a single-tenant place on the Web that you own and control without technical knowhow; a place you can add Twitter, YouTube, etc., *features* to.

I think the actual quote may have been closer to the following.

"It's very hard to make money in music but it's fairly easy to make money from people trying to make it in music." - Angus W

I should have written it down immediately after first hear it yesterday. Either way, it's close enough to the exact quote I heard.

It followed on from a statement I'd made that's it's virtually impossible to make money from music, but you could possibly make money from a persona or brand in music.
