I thought I had seen some bad things in the US recently, but this is a new low. In 2018, current sheriff David Beth advocated for building death camps that would be turned into Amazon warehouses "after this generation is gone, they've perished in these buildings."


The manner in which he uses the phrase "this generation" makes me wonder about his religious affiliations. But, seriously, the idea that he feels comfortable saying that this is really the consensus viewpoint, & that most people are only not saying it because they are afraid of some elites policing their speech? That's either horrifying or terrifying, I don't know which.
