The part that stood out for me is "corporate lawyers will insist that ANY regulatory effort..." - which is the typical scare tactic.
They will fight tooth and nail, it is what they get paid to do, shouting it "will hurt business".
Yes, they could win. But until they do I will remind optimistic about that #NetNeutrality will be restored.
