I don't just do and shitposts. Sometimes I write , too, and put it on my website under a license.

For example, there's "Thirteen Cuts", where a young man who participated in a judicial murder takes his first steps toward atonement.

There's also "Limited Liability", wherein an ambitious businessman gets an introductory lesson in the meaning of terror.

I shared this toot last night about my profile's header image being a collage of from my long-running project.

I'll be sharing the individual images I commissioned from Harvey Bunda before he created this collage, and a bit about each of the characters.

I've had a couple of people ask me about my profile's header image. Here's the deal.

These are from my long-running project, which would be + fanfic if I used an existing setting and characters.

Instead, I developed my own.

I commissioned the artwork from a Filipino artist named Harvey Bunda back in 2012, but each of the characters are of my own creation and design.

Went back to using colors because they're comfortable, and because if I really want to record writing sessions I can use

However, I'm using bigger fonts for comfort instead of playing the masochist and trying to cram as much into the 1366x768 display on my as possible.

Here's a screenshot of my outline for /Never the Heroes/ open in Emacs in two panes showing two different parts of the file.

Make no mistake. I'm proud to have written WITHOUT BLOODSHED and equally proud to have published it back in 2013, but it's rough and there's a lot I would have done differently if I were writing it today.

If you want to see what I mean, please read and bookmark this post. It's a WIP, but there's already a fair amount of stuff there.

If you're thinking of writing your first novel, please learn from my mistakes.

Here's a post I started last week and didn't finish until today. I try to make big meals using basic ingredients like bulk rice, canned vegetables, and ground meat on weekends, and portion them out into containers to save money and have healthier meals during the work week.
