I burned a few apps to ISO_9660 CD using my XP laptop, only to find there were no unarchivers on the Duo other than Stuffit Deluxe 3.5, which unarchived NOTHING.
Tracked down a Legacy System Software CD online, burned it, and eventually managed to install OS 8 and the 8.1 upgrade. Had to grab the Iomega drivers off my OS 8.5 CD, after which I was able to use all the Mac apps I had on Jaz disks.
System died and took the HD with it. Started from the beginning and an hour later:

@sparcipx It is not only about conecting it to the outer world. But in general...
@pkotrcka I tend to agree. Beyond text editing and as a text console, they are of limited use. A lot of fun, though.
@sparcipx And this is only like 25 years old. And almost no way how to properly use it.
