Some days I think I need to get on and find work, be productive. Other days I get caught up in just reading and learning. Today was the latter, and really enjoys reading this, on measuring AWS power usage: https://medium.com/teads-engineering/estimating-aws-ec2-instances-power-consumption-c9745e347959 (sorry, Medium)
#SeedSaving is not just food saving ... it is in the very heart of the centuries-old tradition and art of plant cultivation.
Next Tuesday, September 7 at 18:00 CEST (UTC+2), we put the culture back into agriculture with our first #OpenSource #Seed saving #workshop 2021 offered by Aimee Fenech. The workshop will be in English and online in a Big Blue Button (BBB) room, more information here: https://opensourcegardens.info/news/news.en.html
The session is interactive, bring your questions and let us all learn together.

Feels good to be productive. On the flipside, I've been struggling having so much time away from 'doing stuff'. It's been nice to have a break, but I can definitely only do a week without desperately wanting to do/make something, these days, even if it's something small.

Little braveries, the "lie-flat" movement, 60 year rewilding, digital gardens, and new #solarpunk zines - all in this moonth's beamspun newsletter:
"I appreciate SDF but it's a general-purpose server and the name doesn't make it obvious that it's about art." - Eugen Rochko
