@scribe Exercise, sleep. Immerse myself in another language (music, movie, book) for a break.

@JMMaok @scribe agreed with this advice. Also making a list of the scattered parts that need to be done helps me.

@ephemeral @JMMaok Ooh yeah, +1 for making a list. That sorted me out a bit. I think the physical exercise aspect is really important too, bring the body into play more.
