This week I've been thinking about how little the tech sector has changed in 20+ years. "Crunch", male-dominated, short-term gain. Are we doing enough to get out of the monoculture cycle?

PS. I know I'm writing this from a position of privilege too, and one that I'm still trying to understand and learn about. I have my own, mixed perspectives and want to carry on understanding others'. Writing up where I'm at feels like a starting point for this. Publishing is a scary but necessary step.
