Got avr-gcc built and working and have succesfully compiled a few Arduino examples.
The #Arduboy libraries have no build scripts whatsoever, because their expecting the IDE to do the heavy lifting there.
Ill hack on that this weekend and hopefully get a Hello World onto the Arduboy here shortly.
