arrived today. It took more than a few tries to get it talking with but it's working.

Note to anyone trying to flash the Arduboy commandline:

The ATMega32U4 / Leonardo platform has a weird bug/issue. You basically have to initialize the serial connection at 1200 bps with a "stty -f /dev/ttyU0 1200" and then rig a script to automatically run avrdude the moment the serial connection comes back online.

Oh and pass avrdude "avr109" as the programmer/protocol.

If you use the IDE it does all of this for you in GNU/Linux land.
