So I hear all this allegations of plagiarism by Melania Trump re "Be Best" initiatives - but according to the copyright laws, all U.S. federal government publications are #publicdomain and thus may be used by anyone without license or attribution -- and certainly a federal government entity can use materials from another federal government entity.
