It would seem this is cruel and unusual, pre-trial punishment. How long can a post bubble back to attention for? Often longer than the sentence at least.. It may affect peoples' ability to get jobs. I.e. earn a living without crime.
They just say they're not fat shaming, or racist.. But they just do it. Although it seems classism is the strongest.
