@stardot Yeah it’s all very with each manufacturer utilising their own propriety onboard smart controllers.
@stardot I'm sure I heard Steve Gibson talk about is on more than a few occasions on Security Now, when he's busy plugging SpinRite
@dick_turpin I tried the unflavoured version the last time I had lunch in Caffe Nero, the carrot had a weird after taste for me. Not quite the same as a potato based equivalent. Maybe the salt and vinegar flavouring will make them taste better.🤔
@stardot Morning Mate
@dick_turpin Ah the good old days.
@theru Morning Mate 😀

Trying A Overnight Oats Recipe for a working weekday breakfast I can either eat on the train or have quickly at home before leaving for work. This one comes courtesy of MyFitnessPal https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/mixed-berry-overnight-oats/
@mnw Although those books are cycling orientated they are good because you can tailor recipes to specific meal plan/diet i.e. low carb, gluten free, vegan etc which is useful to me when your trying to loose weight. Anyway hope this helps some.
@mnw When I was cooking from scratch 8 years ago I got alot of recipes from http://www.bbcgoodfood.com its not a memership site and the recipes are free to access, you might want to have a look as quite large database. I was given the Grand Tour Cook Book by Hannah Grant that has alot of good recipes which I use. Recentley my Dad bought me The Cycling Chef: Recipes for Performance and Pleasure by Alan Murchison and I'm gong to try a few of the recepies in it.
@stardot The eggs was for Brunch
@stardot https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/moroccan-lamb-apricots-almonds-mint I also did a poached egg, spinach and avocado on toast from Alan Murchison's The Cycling Chef: Recipes for Performance and Pleasure
