Quality assurance: 2000+ new test cases, 2 new kernel sanitizers, several complete kernel-wide audits.

@lopta In 2020 the scheduler was significantly reworked in CURRENT, it can balance load across complex non-equal CPU topologies including big.LITTLE

@netbsd yes, did that. The relevant bug has been filed and sitting there for a few months now, no changes so far.
