So #ProtonMail and #ProtonVPN don't keep logs, because Swiss laws allow them not to. Is there an equally high profile Swiss company that does this at the datacenter level? What are interesting ways to host servers that leave little traces of who is using them?
I often wonder: how can we know they don't keep logs for real?
@Shamar In the case of #ProtonMail, they have no reason to keep logs, and every reason not to.
That's *my* reason to trust them. Of course I remain critical of any company I interact with, so trust is an ongoing exercise.
