Taking my first stab at brewing! Flavoring my first batch on the right with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon while I start brewing my second batch. SO EXCITED.

@yrabbit Ooo, good call. My jar game is not on point yet. Do you brew kombucha in the ones with spigots? I'd be worried about the SCOBY or flavoring falling in there, but maybe it's got a solid filter. Or are you suggesting a jar for the finished product? 😆

@luckystrike Oh no, I was just considering more tech options. Now I have come to the conclusion that because of the acidity of the solution you have to use a spout made of wood, stainless steel ... (you got the idea). And you can not be sure of the materials of products on ebay.
So the good old glass jar is the most suitable!😀
