@Fairphone OK, after some more tinkering, this seems to #fix my #network issues: In #Android10 there's a new service (or an old one, doing new things) called 1073 Network Stack. If you're using #AFWall, you need to allow network access for all connection types you want to use (i.e. Wi-Fi, mobile, roaming). If you configured a private dns, switch it off. Reboot and reconnect... if everything works, you can now also reactivate your private dns again.
