BBSing with the Mega ST2 in HiRes Mono last night. Really love the way the fonts render on the SM124 (though I need to make some scan size adjustments on it).
I wrote a short script that downloads YouTube videos from channels I like so I can watch them wherever I want, whenever I want, and with whatever media player I want.

Last blitter record on Atari STE : 23 sprites of 32x32, 4 bitplanes. At the same 320x200 resolution and with help from the CPU, the Amiga blitter can display 24 sprites.
When pushing the display area to 320x256 (with overscan on STE),the STE should stay at 23, while the Amiga slows down to 22.
However in any case the Amiga can also add two 32x32 hardware sprites.
This was achieved by optimizing the blitter calls and masking on STE.

Hello @SDF
There have been issue with the Mastodon instance recently. When this occurs where can we have info about the status of the server ? I saw nothing on bboard, nor on irc. 🤔

Thanks to @uniq for the nudge to write this! 😊👍
I didn't see that: exxos created an alt motherboard for Atari STF. You need to put all original chipsets from an Atari STF and it's 100% compatible, but with many extensions.
The picture shows the H4 revision with an alternative HDMI shifter on it.
Like the later STF revisions, you can also populate a blitter on it (yes, a lot of STF motherboards had socket connections for the blitter's IC).
