@morph Thank you , it's a fresh meat pork sausage but instead of the traditional paprika they have used local mildly spicy green chilies/peppers

@morph is something new, it comes from the village producing the chilies not good looking but tasty.

@ghostdancer Unsure if I find those here. Maybe in a Tapas restaurant?

@morph this kind is special. I think there's only one butcher that makes it and is from a small village called Ibarra 30 km. from where I live. The red one is easy to find.

@ghostdancer I did not hope to find the green one but just the standard. :)
At least there’s a local butcher who makes own Chorizo.

@morph basically is the same as chorizo but fresh instead of cured.
