I like /usr/pkg/bin/cal more than /usr/bin/cal since it's got reminders and all.
I used Debian's patches to build and install it on my Arch desktop.

Speaking of calendars, there are two versions of BSD's calendar(1) on AUR.
One is based on an older version of bsdmainutils from upstream Debian but with plenty of patches and calendar files (aur.archlinux.org/packages/cal).
The other is a part of newer bsdmainutils from upstream Ubuntu (aur.archlinux.org/packages/bsd - also includes ncal).

Now I just gotta waste some time writing caldat/calcol files.

@yrabbit I named it that way because `cal` was taken. 😅
Debian calls it `ccal` but Arch uses that for a Chinese calendar.
`calx` is just the alias I use for /usr/pkg/bin/cal on SDF.
