After a long time of blogging elsewhere, I'm self-hosting one in preparation for its reboot!

Depending on the kind of services or product you're offering, making advertising preferences based on protected classes may be a violation of federal, state, or local laws.

lawsuit: National Fair Housing Council created a fake company and bought ad placement for a fictitious apartment. NFHC alleges that FB's audience targeting mechanism enables advertisers to discriminate in violation of the Fair Housing Act.
