Weird dream (+)

Hello to all, is a new free, encrypted, collaborative project platform with anonymity features.
The site is available for managing each of our projects with your friends, association or your team.
Four features for now:
- a forum
- a calendar
- an interactive map
- and a todo list.

Have fun!

Kindness is blocking over 10B trackers a day for your friends (without them having to ask). πŸ₯° #WorldKindnessDay tweeted by @Firefox

It's World Kindness Day/Cardigan Day cw: my face!

Can we PLEASE just have one more secure encrypted messaging system which I can have non-techie friends actually able and willing to use, without corporate shenanigans? Please?

The meetup in was tiny but flowing in many senses of the world. Meeting Nima from is the highlight of the day, and considering our day included Red Cat Records, Trafiq, geocaching, and Regional Assembly of Text, that's saying something.
There'll be other meetups, for now the size of our population was commensurate with the seating available, so it was perfect. @nima

ohhhh neat...

you can get around New York Times' paywall if you use firefox, by opening the article and then switching to Reader mode (the page looking icon near the right side of the URL bar)

i did not know this before :)

I'm ready for . I can't find my "offensive" homemade video from 2012, so everything abides by even the narrowest .

Reads about YT removing 'no commercial potential' videos

Me . o 0 ( Gee that's unfortunate. Better buy another external hard drive and start scraping)

Child: "Hey mom, your are gonna get scrapped by December 10!"

Me: . o 0 (I have a YT channel? Oh yeah, i do.)

Good to know my son pays attention to my video output. now I know where that one view came from.

I suspect its YouTube getting worried that a lot of "developed/Western" countries are likely to regulate them in the same way traditional broadcasters are (who usually have to conform to a Programme Code enforced by the Communications Ministry), especially for content aimed at younger people - and dealing with compliance issues means more work for them (and risk of losing audiences for advertisers in entire countries)

Random, meaningless status update:
bagger at our checkout aisle told me I looked Ukrainian, after our chat about pirogies and winter comfort food in AB and SK. First time I've been told I look Ukrainian.
steaming clams and mussels
(I know, how of me)
making chip dip
watching Fellini's "8Β½"

i guess now that I created the India account in people no longer need to search for it, they can just follow the link? Even better!

Every couple of months I like to share with new people or people on new instances how to add timelines into feeds:

Roll your own: https://[federated.instance]/@[userid].atom

Could be worth trying if your favourite accounts are 8-16hrs away, or if you detect spotty synchronization issues between instances.

Hi everyone,
I am Aaditi. I am from India and under the recent circumstances of Twitter being over controlling and stuff, I decided to come over here. I am a student interested in almost everything related to learning. I value knowledge a lot and wants to learn more about the world and what it carries.
I hope to have a good time here!
Thank you.
