I dislike reply-bot accounts. "I need to program a bot that toots in one language on a platform where dozens of languages are used. Of course my message will be read and understood by only a minority of readers but that is beside the point."
Bot accounts should be opt-in.
@Canageek Yes. I looked at mstdn.jp's Terms of Service and that public reply-spam violates them, so I reported it.
@cosullivan Is this about that weird Japanese one?
