Mastodon.cloud restarted yesterday with new admins and new server.
The server is administered in Japan and has a new Code of Conduct.
I ask for the news of mastodon.cloud's return to the fediverse be boosted and shared as widely as possible; its many users dispersed to other places.

@cosullivan That's not good enough documentation. What are the procedures for handling a conflict of interest among the staff who handle a CoC report? Will they ensure the privacy of reporters? It just brings up more questions.
@sphakos You would have more success asking the Japanese admins of mastodon.cloud those questions if you want them answered.
