It is permitted to travel between cities for whatever reason using public transport but if you want to travel with a private vehicle you need to have a special case or some first degree relative to kick the bucket, and "I need to vacate my home in another city I've stupidly paid rent since months despite not being there in the hopes that I can return one day but I'm broke so no mo" is not one of those.
Like, shouldn't it be the inverse? How do I justify risking infecting my mom for this?

I applied with an explanatory note regardless because I want to rent a car and use it to sort stuff out in a day and be done with it but apparently it'll be more painful than I expected...
