I finally cobbled together a better version of an init file for #Emacs, and it was a joy to use #orgmode for the process. I'd really appreciate any feedback on this init file, and pointers to doing this better. The repository is available at https://codeberg.org/bmp/forgemacs. I decided to put it all together in one big file as it is easier for me to search for packages I am using in a single place rather than go through multiple files, or even forget which file had which package.
