Hey, I didn't just boost @john for no reason. You all need to start following and boosting him to get him to post more cool here.

There's way too much bias towards extant species on this platform. I mean, at this point why is it even called Mastodon? (Yes I know other fediverses are available).

@fribbledom level 3 (hypermedia) REST APIs are good.

(Also super unusual but I'm lucky enough to work with one.)

@loke I've shocked myself a couple of time pulling the plugs out and accidentally touching the connectors.

@joacim jag blev väckt av att en räv drog mig i håret när jag var ute och campade utan tält en gång. Den hade väldigt dålig andedräkt.

@isagalaev @dredmorbius there's also this that lets you search channel names and topics across a bunch of networks:

Libera is a week old, and we've come strong out the blocks. Thank you to our 20,000 users for your support, enthusiasm, and patience.

I've written a little about our first week and some of the projects we host here:

sexualizing language

@clacke reminds me of this thing which I can not determine if it's an intentional pun or not. They have giant billboards with this all over the place.

@rezzish afaik they primarily used the Littlesounddj program that was mentioned.

@rezzish no, but I've been to a couple of gigs with the Swedish duo Blipp, who performed with only two Game Boys as their instruments. Here is one of those:

And a whole album:

@jarbus I've actually switched to org-mode since then, so extra nice if it can be of use to someone else instead.

I also meant that post to be an example of how easy it is to add some syncing to a script with WebDAV.

@godotengine looking at there seems to be a lot of people talking about it on here, but it's still hard to follow hashtags.

Can you help try to make a thing by tagging your posts with it?

Cheers! 🕹️

@clacke @neauoire @peregrine there's this on similar themes: (there is a book too). Maybe you heard about it already as it had quite a lot of impact, but if not then recommended.

@clacke they usually have a little sign in front that helps if you read Thai and know to look. They also usually stop at different nearby spots.

At my stop you usually have a chance to buy your ticket before they leave, and the conductor will tell you if it's not going to where you say.

However there are deviations to keep you on your toes.

One of these lines go to a big immigration office, so there are a lot of noobs getting the one that goes to where my office is instead.

@clacke my bus to go to work shares numbers not only between two companies, but also between two routes.

Mastodon @ SDF
