I just installed on Seamonkey only to realize that they completely dumbed down the interface. Is there a way to get the old mode back or has the time come to switch back to ?

Today I learned that Windows Home Edition doesn't come with Bitlocker. Honestly, why would anyone use such a pile of crap? LUKS ist free. And the whole operating system around LUKS is free, too.

Looks like I ran into a FreeBSD upgrade bug from 11.1 to 11.2. This means my server will be offline for another couple of days.... 😢

I'm trying to upgrade Signal but can't find the .apk download on their website anymore...

That's totally cheating! A steam train is supposed to steam, not to be pulled by a electric engine....

I'm sitting next to the train tracks waiting for a steam train which supposedly passes here within the next 30 minutes....

Hmm, for some reason my server didn't boot into a console after adding a fiber network card... This means it stays offline for the weekend...

I feel a bit naked with my server on the move between data centers. Hope I'm back online soon...

Drinking sencha green and trying to get some coding done on a Sunday morning.

@jezra how is Pleroma working out for you? I'm looking into installing it, too.

@jezra the Zero ride was so much fun that I totally forgot to take pictures...

I just booked a test ride of a Zero DSR14.4 electric motorbike in two weeks. At 0 RPM this thing has the torque of my bike at 5000 RPM. This is going to be fun!

Whenever I read this storied of people who have been using Linux for a [year, month, week] and are dying to tell you how great this is, I feel really old. Could please someone say that they started using Linux in 1989...

Forget everything I said about British trains, French trains are the worst. They are trying to fit reservations of coach 8, 18 and 28 in one coach. Interestingly there aren't enough seats.

Honestly, the person who thought it was a good idea to put pianos in train stations should be punished severely.

If you ever consider traveling to Scotland in the Caledonian Sleeper, let me give you a piece of advice: DON'T. It's the most horrid night train ever and you can easily get a ticket for the next day and a hotel for the same price! If you want to travel in a nice night train, come to Europe!
