Noticed this thing today. I've never seen a platform that big up so high. To understand the scale, you could probably park a large truck on those planks without much issue. It's huge.
I have no idea why it's all the way up there.
@art probably there are thick wires inside tube, beside lamp, going down.
There is high voltage those top wires, above platform.
There are 3 transformers at platform.
Those transform high voltage, low amps into "low" voltage, high amps for factory? (what is seen in background)
High voltage, a few thousands volts, is very dangerous. For that transformers are far away from people, water, any accidents.
Even "low" voltage can be a few hundred volts.
They are distribution transformers I'd presume
