Finally, after several weeks of slump, I was able to accomplish a lot today.

OK, maybe not a lot, but my to do list is definitely going down, so that's good.

This is when I realize I *need* at least 7h of sleep. Basic self-care, I know, but I need to be reminded of this again and again.

doesn't come naturally to me, I was forged in chaos. So routine is my personal holy grail of self-care. ^_^
