@NYbill What about when people do this at work? I kind of hate when the only response from the dbas or admins or whatever is "try it now" and they won't ever say what happened.

@NYbill @gws I'm mostly sure taciturn support would still bug me even if I weren't in a position to understand the answer. Just based on my own personality. I've found doctors do the same thing a lot, giving brush-off answers to questions when I'm hoping to learn something. Thankfully not all doctors, but still. Is there a name for this?
